This week we’re meeting one of our nicest chat room monitors! You may have seen her in the bingo chat rooms, helping you buy cards, leading chat games, and stimulating conversation. It's time to meet Host Veronica!

Tell us a little about yourself!

“I'm a 23-year-old Gemini and live with my parents and one of my brothers, they are my life and  represent everything for me. My parents have been together for almost 40 years and my brothers are a little crazy, like me! I have a really close relationship with my family, especially my mom. She is retired now, so we spend a lot of time together. She has a serious disease for about 10 years ago, which hasn’t been not easy for us.. but she is a fighter! Nowadays I am a fighter as well, and a dreamer!”

What do you like to do when you’re not a chat host?

“I like to go out with my friends and have a couple of drinks, that's what I would call a great evening. For music, I like a little bit of everything and I like to dance, though I'm not that good at it, haha. But I love a good party!”

Where did you study?

“I studied in a Catholic school, but I'm not really religious. I then spent 3 and a half years studying Spanish Philology in the University of Costa Rica. I also studied English, and Italian, which was hard. After a difficult time in my life, when I had to go through surgery, I reorganized myself. I continued with language classes and began my passion of cuisine. I have a degree in International Hotel Food and love all kinds of food from seafood to junk food to Japanese. I love sushi!”

What does the future hold?

“So now I share my life between my job, my family, and my friends. I’ve been practicing my Italian and have started Portuguese lessons. I’ve been part of the Bingo.com family since May 2007, though I was away for a couple of months. It’s been great to be back! This place is not just a job, it is the half of my day, it involves really good friendships and great moments.”
