Terms & Conditions


1 Definitions

“Bonus” means any amounts credited to your Bonus, Bonus Winnings or Bingo Bucks accounts and usable subject to the conditions set out in Section 4.

“Cash” means either United Kingdom Pounds Sterling, Euros or United States Dollars, Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars or any other currency Bingo.com then supports, or any parts thereof.

"Currency" means the currency Bingo.com designates you to play in, such particular currency to be determined based upon the country of your permanent residence. Any units of Cash listed in these Terms & Conditions are deemed to be in your Currency. All deposits, wagers, prize amounts, account balances and withdrawals will be accepted and displayed in your Currency.

“Games” means pay to play bingo and casino games, which can be played using Cash or Bonus (if applicable), accessible at www.bingo.com or any of its Sub-Domains.

“Player”, “You” or “you” means a registered user of the website www.bingo.com.

“Stake” or “Bet” means the payment, with Cash, made to wager on one of the Games – and includes the act of purchasing bingo cards.

“Sub-Domains” means any sub-websites that currently exist or may be added in the future under the www.bingo.com master domain, such as “es.bingo.com”, “ar.bingo.com”, etc...

“Website” means the set of interconnected pages whose homepage can be found at www.bingo.com or any of its Sub-Domains.

“Winner” means a Player who wins as a result of a placing a stake on a wager.

“Progressive Jackpot” means a jackpot whose payout total, if not won during the previous game, is incrementally increased every time a game is played.



2 Introduction and Company Details

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bingo.com Operations Limited (“Bingo.com"). The Games are operated by Bingo.com under an underlying software system licensed to us by Aberrant Software Inc. Bingo.com is licensed and regulated in Malta by the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority pursuant to license numbers LGA/CL3/406/2007 and LGA/CL1/406/2009.

2.1 Bingo.com is a limited liability company incorporated in Malta and is subject to Maltese law. It’s registered address is Office 2, Suite A, Dolphin Court A, Embassy Way, Ta’ Xbiex XBX1071, Malta.

2.2 By completing the registration form on the “Sign Up” page on the Website, you are deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions for using the Website and Games (including any game and betting rules that may be located elsewhere on the Website), and thereafter on each subsequent login you are deemed to have accepted the then prevailing Terms & Conditions and any game and betting rules that may then be applicable elsewhere on the Website. In the event of a conflict between any of the game and betting rules elsewhere on the Website and these Terms & Conditions,, these Terms & Conditions will prove determinative.

2.3 You must read the Terms & Conditions carefully in their entirety before completing the “Sign Up” process. If you do not agree with any provisions therein, you must not use or continue to use the Website.



3 Your Account

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to register and join this Website. This includes playing the Games and using the game console chat functionality. We reserve the right to invalidate accounts if we find a Player is younger than 18 years old and we may request additional information to confirm a Player’s age at any time. Any Player found to be younger than 18 will have their account terminated. Any of the Player’s deposited funds held at the time of such account termination by Bingo.com, as well as any winnings then held in the Player’s account, will be confiscated and paid to the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority. 


3.2 Registration

All required information must be completed upon registering on the Website. In particular, you must provide your name, your email address, your physical address and confirmation that you are 18 years old or older.


3.3 Age and Identity Verification

The name on your account must match your true and legal name and identity and the name on your account registration must match the name on the credit card(s) or other payment accounts used to deposit or receive monies in your account. Failure to supply such documentation may result in suspension of your account. You are prohibited from holding more than one (1) Account. If you have more than one (1) account or accounts in different names, then you must contact us immediately to have your accounts managed so that you only have one (1) Account. Bingo.com reserves the right to close your account(s) if you open multiple accounts. Should Bingo.com have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud the company, it reserves the right to cancel any transaction and void any winnings related to any such accounts.

To verify your identity, Bingo.com reserves the right to request at any time satisfactory proof of identity (including but not limited to copies of a valid passport / identity card and/or any payment cards used) and proof of address (including but not limited a recent utility bill or bank statement). Bingo.com also reserves the right to use an independent reference agency to verify Players ages and identities. In addition, Bingo.com may request proof of age for any Player at any time notwithstanding that evidence may have been provided by such Player at the time of registration.


3.4 Under Age Wagering is Void

Any activity by Players found to be under 18 years old will be declared void regardless of any winnings. No refunds are given on void wagers. You hereby warrant that you are 18 years of age or higher.


3.5 International Activity

Some countries prohibit some or all of the forms of gambling available on this Website. You are responsible for ensuring that you are familiar with your country's laws relating to gambling. If the form of gambling available on this Website is illegal in your country, you must refrain from playing any of the Games as well as from using any of the payment methods available on the Website for such purposes. In particular, residents of the Netherlands Antilles, Anguilla, Canada, the United States of America and Turkey, are expressly not permitted to play any Games.


3.6 Illegal Wagering is Void

You hereby warrant that the jurisdiction of your residence legally allows you to play the Games at Bingo.com. Bingo.com does not accept liability for any breach by you of the applicable laws of your country of residence. Bingo.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to declare any wager as void if a Player is identified as playing illegally, in which event no winnings will be paid.


3.7 Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bingo.com, its parent or subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Website, the Games, or any other content contained therein or breach of any of the Terms of Use. Bingo.com shall provide notice to a Player of any such claim, suit or proceeding and shall assist, at the Player’s expense, in defending such claim, suit or proceeding.


3.8 Secure Player Details

Bingo.com executes transactions in secure mode using DigiCert certification, so any personal and financial details you submit are encrypted during transmission. Bingo.com takes every precaution to protect sensitive information provided by you to the Website. Subject to the limitations of the Internet browser you are using to access the Website, information submitted by you is encrypted using 128bit SSL encryption, the highest level of encryption for standard web browsers.


3.9 Deposits

You hereby warrant that any Cash you deposit with Bingo.com is not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source. You further warrant that, in any dealings with Bingo.com, you will only use financial instruments (such as credit cards) that are valid and lawfully belong to you.

Should you wish to deposit Cash in order to play the Games, you will be required to submit additional details depending upon the deposit method you choose. These deposit methods can be found on the “Deposit” page in the “Cashier” section. Please note that, if you are using credit/debit cards, the name on your credit/debit card must match your first and last name and you must only use your own credit/debit cards in your registered name to make deposits. Deposits will appear on your statements from the various deposit methods as specified on the confirmation screen you see after making a successful deposit. In the event that there is any dispute over charges on any of the payment processing methods Bingo.com offers,  for whatever reason, you accept and acknowledge that Bingo.com will be able to suspend your account indefinitely to enable investigation and resolution of the matter. During such period any monies due or requested will be withheld.


3.10 Encrypted Card Details

For credit/debit card transactions, we require your 3 digit Card Security Code (also know as CVV number) usually found on the back of your credit/debit card so that your card issuing bank can confirm the integrity of your deposit. You may also be required to enter start dates, issue dates, and end dates as a particular card issuer may deem necessary .


3.11 Secure Communications

Any financial and deposit information is transmitted between our secure servers and the secure servers of leading e-commerce payment companies who in turn have secure encrypted links between themselves and leading banks. Bingo.com's employees do NOT have access to your full debit/credit card details.


3.12 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit you can make in your designated Currency is 5. Depending upon the deposit method you choose, there are a variety of maximum amounts you can deposit daily, weekly or monthly. These are controlled automatically by our system but, if you have a question as to what these amounts are, please contact our Customer Service department at support@bingo.com and we will be pleased to advise you as to the details. Bingo.com may amend customer deposits limits, either generally or for you in particular, in its complete discretion.


3.13 Website Wagering Only

You may only place wagers for the Games through the Website. Attempts to place wagers through any other medium, including telephone, fax or post, will not be accepted.


3.14 Interest on Player Account Funds

Interest will not be payable on monies held in Player accounts as these are deemed to be advance payments for intended wagering.


3.15 Up to Date Personal Details

You hereby warrant that all information you provide to Bingo.com during the validity of this agreement is true, complete and correct. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details are kept up to date. If necessary we will contact you at your registered email address, by phone, or by letter. We will phone your mobile number in preference to your home number, if you register your mobile number.


3.16 Player Responsibility for Keeping Player Details Secure

Your account number, password and personal question details are issued for your personal use and should be kept private at all times. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept secure. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. Bingo.com is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details. You are responsible for all gaming transactions conducted through your account where the correct account number, password and personal question details have been entered by the person wagering.


3.17 If Player Details no Longer Secure

You should not under any circumstances divulge your password or account details to any third party. Where you have reason to believe that a third party may be in possession of your password and/or account details, you are responsible for contacting Bingo.com’s Customer Support department immediately at support@bingo.com to register a replacement password.


3.18 Update Details

You are also responsible for keeping accurate details provided at registration and/or at times of making deposits up to date. For security reasons, please contact Customer Support to request any changes to your personal account information.


3.19 Closing Player Accounts

Bingo.com reserves the right to close an account at any time without explanation. Unused advance payments will be refunded to Players.



4 Accounts & Bonus Conditions for the Games

4.1 Cash & Bonus Accounts

The following table sets out the accounts and associated rules applicable to the Games available on the Website

Bingo Bucks Your initial signup bonus is credited here. We also award Bingo Bucks as promotional incentives from time to time, including promotional campaigns and chat games. 4.2 Deposit & Non-Deposit Bonuses

Qualifying Players will be credited with a deposit bonus, as defined by Bingo.com from time to time in its sole discretion, providing their Cash deposit meets the minimum and maximum deposit requirements. Bingo.com may, from time to time, give qualifying Players bonus money without requiring the Player to make a corresponding deposit (a “Non-Deposit Bonus”). Bingo.com retains the right to amend its Bonus accounts, and associated rules, at its complete discretion.


4.3 Withdrawals Subject to Audit by Bingo.com

All withdrawals will be subject to audit before being processed. Bingo.com reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits.



5 Acceptance and Validation of Wagering

5.1 Pay for Play

Subject to the Bonus Conditions above, a Player must wager from funds that are in their Player accounts (one of those listed in Section 4.1, as appropriate). All wagering is void if on review the Player has never successfully deposited funds into their account or received a bonus. You hereby warrant that you understand that by participating in the Games your take the risk of losing Cash or any of the other currencies that may be contained in your accounts at Bingo.com.


5.2 Confirmed Wagers

Bingo.com cannot cancel wagers once they have been confirmed by Bingo.com in your account, unless the wager is declared void for reasons outlined in these Terms & Conditions.


5.3 Accurate Wagering Records

Despite every effort to ensure total accuracy, we do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in respect of information provided on the Website.


5.4 Deduction of Wagers / Unresolved Wagers

Stakes will be deducted from your account at the time of placing your Bet, no matter when the result is determined. Bingo.com cannot refund Bets placed on games where Bets have been purchased for future draws that have not yet been resolved. Such Bets will be resolved upon completion of such games and winnings, if applicable, credited to Players accounts at that time.

5.5    Wager to Prize Ratios Across Multiple Currencies

Players accessing the site with different Currencies will find that the relative value of their wagers and prizes may differ due to differences in currency valuations. However, irrespective of your designated Currency, we offer an identical wager-to-prize ratio to all players within a particular Game. For example, if Player A (who plays with Pounds Sterling) and Player B (who plays with Euro) wager in the same game room, the prize value divided by the Stake will be equal for each player.


6 Payment of Winnings and Withdrawal of Funds

6.1 Crediting Winnings

Winnings due on wagers purchased on your Cash or Bonus Accounts will be added to your Cash or Bonus Winnings Accounts, as appropriate, automatically. These updates of your various accounts are not 'proof of win'. If upon manual review there is evidence of fraud or malpractice, Bingo.com reserves the right to void certain winnings and to amend your accounts accordingly.


6.2 Bingo.com's Wagering Decision is Final

You agree that Bingo.com and its records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of any wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made.


6.3 Players Sole Responsibility for Winnings

Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any winnings awarded to you or any other payments to you are your sole responsibility. Bingo.com may report and withhold any amount from your winnings in order to comply with any applicable law. Winnings cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other winnings.


6.4 Payment Requests

Bingo.com will make payouts on Tuesday every week. Payment of funds which you withdraw shall be made by a method which the Company selects in its sole discretion, although we will try to accommodate your preferences. Notwithstanding anything else contained in these Terms & Conditions, Bingo.com reserves the right to refuse payment if a person claiming payment is unable to provide evidence proving their eligibility as the named account holder and is authorized to use the credit, debit card or other payment method which was used to make a previous deposit.


6.5 Bonus removed

The outstanding balance in your Bonus, Bonus Winnings and Bingobucks accounts will be cleared to “0” upon you requesting a withdrawal of funds from your Cash or Cash Winnings accounts. If you change your mind and ask that the withdrawal request be cancelled prior to it being completed, Bingo.com will re-credit the afore-mentioned Bonus amounts, subject to you being in compliance with all other areas in these Terms & Conditions.


6.6 Incorrect Payment Account Details

It is the solely your responsibility to submit the correct information with respect to payment requests. Bingo.com will not repay incorrect, successful payments due to incorrect details provided by you. Bingo.com will only make payouts as per the information registered on your account. If a payment is unsuccessful, Bingo.com will attempt to notify you and request corrected payment details.


6.7 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Players can make withdrawals of any amount, however, if your withdrawal request is for less than 20.00, a 5.00 administration fee will be applied to cover the cost of processing such withdrawal. Credit card withdrawals, subject to whether Bingo.com consents to allowing the particular withdrawal via credit card, are limited to 5,000.00 per day. Neteller withdrawals are limited to 2,500.00. Withdrawals may be subject to proof of identity checks at Bingo.com’s discretion.


6.8 Withdrawal of Major Jackpot Winnings

If you win any prize and/or jackpot where the amount won is over 10,000, and you request a withdrawal of those winnings, you agree that Bingo.com will have the complete discretion to pay such amount to you over a period of time. In that event, once you make the withdrawal request, your cash account balance will immediately be reduced by the amount of such withdrawal request and Bingo.com will make payments to you in due course.


6.9 Old Accounts

If you have not logged into the Website for a period of 30 months, we will remit any Cash balance remaining to you (subject to the administrative fee for payouts less than £20.00), or if we are unable to contact you, we will remit such balance to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta. Any such remittances will constitute a full and final release of any liabilities to you by Bingo.com and remove any further recourse by you.


6.10 Confirmation of Payment Requests / Account Debiting

Once you have submitted your request you will see a confirmation message that the transfer has been accepted and your Cash and/or Cash Winnings account balance will immediately clear to zero or to the balance of the amount in your cash account not withdrawn. Assuming, the payment is approved by Bingo.com, Cash will be transferred by the appropriate withdrawal method on the next upcoming Friday.


6.11 Payment Authorization

For security reasons Players making large withdrawals greater than £1,000 will have to provide some additional information, in the form of a drivers license, passport or any other identification document to ensure stringent safeguards are maintained. This is to protect our Players and ensure no fraudulent activity is carried out.


6.12 Progressive Jackpot Winnings

All progressive winnings will be subject to final confirmation by Bingo.com.


6.13 Progressive Jackpot Accuracy

Bingo.com has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure that the progressive value displayed in the game matches the value on the game server. Please note that it is the progressive value on the server that is used when the progressive is paid out. A small discrepancy may arise due to the delay between the initial progressive being displayed to the Player and the progressive that is actually won and paid out.


6.14 Customer Transaction Enquiries

If you have any queries regarding transactions on your account, please click on the “Live Help” button on the Support Page or in the bingo games; send an email to support@bingo.com; or phone the support number listed on the Website. Calls may be monitored or recorded for training and security purposes.


6.15 Closing Accounts

Subject to the Old Accounts rule set out above, you may close your account and request payment of outstanding funds at any time. Bingo.com also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account (without assigning any reason). So long as you have complied with the foregoing obligations and the terms referred to in these Terms & Conditions, your outstanding funds, as recorded on Bingo.com's systems, will be repaid to you.



7 Stakes Wagered

7.1 Minimum Stakes

A minimum stake, dependent on the particular Cash Game, will apply. All stakes/card purchases contain a unique ticket number/identifier.


7.2 Server Evidenced Bet Results

In the event that there is a discrepancy between either the numbers that a Player believes that they have entered or the graphic display of the game they have played and those in the database maintained by Bingo.com, the numbers in the database will be deemed to be valid.


7.3 Random Number Generator

You fully accept and agree that random number generator software, hosted on Bingo.com's servers in Malta will determine the outcome of the Games.


7.4 Integrity of Random Number Generator (RNG)

Bingo.com’s RNG has been certified by external IT experts. Winnings & withdrawals are audited by external accountants to ensure monies owed are paid out to Players.


7.5 Automatic Game Playing / Manipulation of Software / Tampering / Cheating

Automatic playing of Games by software or any other manipulation of the Games or your/another Player's account data are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your membership, deletion of all associated accounts, the cancellation and/or confiscation of any outstanding prizes and deposits and civil/criminal prosecution.

In addition to the above, you agree that the Company has the complete and unfettered discretion to terminate your account for any reason whatsoever and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, should it be of the opinion that your participation in the Website, or any games offered therein, is detrimental to the principles under which it operates the Website. You hereby waive any and all recourse against the Company for any such termination.

You acknowledge that full freedom from errors or incompleteness is impossible to achieve with respect to computer software. Should you become aware that the software contains such error or incompleteness you undertake to refrain from taking any advantage whatsoever thereof. Moreover, promptly upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness you shall notify Bingo.com in writing.

Should you fail to fulfill your undertakings under this clause, Bingo.com shall be entitled to full compensation for all costs, including costs for rectifying the software, that may arise out of your omissions or actions in taking advantage of such errors or incompleteness.

You agree that the Company is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Website or your account. Any attempt by you to gain unauthorized access to the Website's systems or any account, interfere with procedures or performance of the Website or games, or deliberately damage or undermine the Website or Games is subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution and will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any and all prizes to which you may have been otherwise entitled to.


7.6 Terms & Conditions Violations

Bingo.com reserves all legal rights and remedies against Players who violate the Terms & Conditions and any rules and regulations associated with Bingo.com's Account membership and Games and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, may terminate a Player’s Account in its complete discretion for such violations.


7.7 Events Beyond Bingo.com's Control

Wherever possible, Bingo.com endeavours to ensure the full protection of all its Players and their Bets. However, there are certain events that are beyond Bingo.com's control. Should you become disconnected from the Website (for whatever reason), Bingo.com cannot be held liable for any losses that may result therefrom. Should a Player be disconnected after placing a wager and before the game is played, the results of that game will still be displayed on the Players account and any winnings or losses recorded accordingly.


7.8 Wager Result Acceptance

By placing any further Bets with Bingo.com, the Player accepts the results of any previous Bet. As such, the results of the previous wager are hereby deemed no longer in dispute and no refunds or other adjustments will be granted.


7.9 Player Self Exclusion

You may instruct us to exclude you from participation in the Games by contacting us via email (support@bingo.com) or, should you be logged into your account at the time, via “Live Support”. You will be required to verify your identity before we can process any changes to your account. If you provide your instruction via email, you will be required to provide us with any proof of identity we may request, before we can carry out your instructions. If you provide your instruction via “Live Support”, you will be required to provide us with correct answers to questions we will pose concerning certain specifics of your account. Use of this Self-Exclusion facility will result in your account being blocked and Bingo.com will not accept subsequent wagers from this account. You may request this “excluded” status be removed (which would enable you to play once again) upon verifying your identity once again, but we will not re-activate your account for at least 7 days from the date of such request.  Please note that Bingo.com will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the Games while your “excluded” status is active but you fully accept that, should you gain entry to the Games during this period, neither Bingo.com nor its employees will be liable for losses that you incur as a result.


7.10 Suspicious Activity

If Bingo.com determines, or suspects, that a transaction is suspicious and involves or may involve financial crime or similar activity, Bingo.com reserves the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you and to suspend your account with immediate effect. In such cases, Bingo.com may be obligated to disclose details to financial authorities in the applicable jurisdictions. You hereby release Bingo.com from any liability with respect to such disclosure.


7.11 Software Malfunction

Bingo.com reserves the right to withhold winnings and void wagers if a Player manipulates the games in a fraudulent manner or the software itself malfunctions.


7.12 Player Staking

Players must pay for each card purchase/bet from funds in their Player account as specified elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions. If funds are not available in either the Player’s Cash or Bonus accounts, as the case may be, the Player will not be allowed to wager until further funds are deposited.



8 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We want to ensure you clearly understand our collection and use of personal information. We are bound by the Data Protection Act, Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta.

Please note that Bingo.com contains links to other websites and we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. If you have any questions about the contents of this document, please feel free to contact us at support@bingo.com.

We collect personal information so that we can effectively provide you with the services you have requested by registering at Bingo.com. We store the personal information (e.g. name, physical and email address, phone number, etc…) you provide to us on our computer servers in Malta.

We use a variety of security technologies to protect your personal information from unauthorized use, access or disclosure. For financially sensitive information you may provide to us such as credit or debit card numbers, we use industry standard encryption technologies to protect your information. Except under those circumstances mentioned elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we do not provide any of your details to third parties. We certainly will never sell your information to any third party.

If you have agreed to receive them, we may use your information to tell you about promotions which we may be running. If you do not wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the specific instructions in the e-mail you receive.

We may provide your details to companies who provide services on our behalf, such as software providers, our anti-fraud systems and payment processors which help you to make a deposit or withdrawal. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. In addition, we may be required to provide your details to the Malta Lotteries & Gaming Authority (the “LGA”).

We may, occasionally, run marketing-driven surveys on our website. These surveys are used to fully understand your needs and wants; to provide better service; as a factor in determining new features and games to add to our offering; and to collect more specific aggregate demographic information. These surveys are always optional to you. The data we collect from such surveys is used by our marketing department and could be shared with our outside marketing consultants to assist in the analysis.

10 Chat Rooms

10.1 Chat Content Standards

Players may generate 'Content' (text and symbols) in chat during Games or when interacting with our Customer Service department. This kind of Content must reflect Bingo.com's standards and we may remove it if, in our best and final judgement, it does not meet those standards and we may ban you from adding further Content and may terminate your Player account.


10.2 Impersonation of Other 'Chat' Players

You may not impersonate another person (including celebrities and company representatives) nor post messages promoting illegal activity nor transmit advertising, promotional materials, chain letters or pyramid schemes nor make any commercial use of our service. Bingo.com may monitor your communications on the Games.


10.3 Chat Monitoring Levels

Bingo.com cannot monitor all of the Content, and we do not attempt to do so. If you encounter something you don't want to read or see in a Chat, please bring it either to the attention of our web moderators or send an email to support@bingo.com. By opening an account, you agree not to hold Bingo.com responsible for the publication of any Content (eg: offensive language) posted by Players.


10.4 Moderators

Moderators are there to watch over chat, provide live help support to Players and to help resolve disputes, should any arise. Our moderators have been given the authority by Bingo.com to deal with any such situation using their best discretion in keeping with appropriate conduct standards and the requirements of the Terms of Use. You can identify moderators as their names will show in the chat user list and will have the word 'Host' or ‘Web’ before their names. Impersonation of a moderator is strictly forbidden and any Player found doing this will have their account closed.


10.5 Harassment

If a Player indicates that he or she does not wish to chat with you and you continue to send messages to them or about them, this may be deemed as harassment. Players have the right to be left alone and chat with whom ever they wish. Slandering other Players is also considered harassment and is not allowed. Rapidly or repeatedly posting excessively long, duplicate, single character or word per line messages, or excessive random garbage, is deemed to be "flooding" and is not allowed.


10.6 Racist / Sexual Chat Content

Racist statements are strictly not allowed in any of the chat rooms. Promotion of racism or racist groups will result in account closure. Engaging in cyber sex in chat is not allowed and will result in account closure. Posting pornographic links and sex related sites is not allowed and will result in account closure.


10.7 Drug / Drug Use Chat Content

Drug talk and promotion of drug-related activities are not allowed.


10.8 Advertising

Use of the chat or any other page of this site for commercial or non-commercial promotion or advertisement without prior written agreement by Bingo.com is prohibited. Advertising services or the posting of links to other websites, chat sites or pages, which are a summary of other chat sites or competing services in public or private is not allowed.


10.9 Other Forbidden Chat Content

Discussion of illegal activities, promotion of illegal activities, carrying on of illegal activities of any kind is not allowed in the chat. This includes hacking activities, drug activities, gang activities, cyber sex with underage users, stalking, etc.

The decision of Bingo.com will be final and binding on all matters and no further correspondence will be entered into. Bingo.com's liability in respect of any claim or loss will be limited to the stake paid by the Player.

It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between you and Bingo.com. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.



17 Disputes

17.1 Malta Jurisdiction for Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding an entry or eligibility for a Prize or claim, the decision of Bingo.com will be final and binding. The relationship between the Players and Bingo.com, as well as this agreement, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and whose courts shall be the courts of jurisdiction.


17.2 Non-invalidation of all Terms

If any part of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from the remainder of these terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.


17.3 Account Disputes

Where there is any dispute concerning a Player’s account, Bingo.com reserves the right to suspend the Player’s account until a resolution is reached. Any disputes must be lodged in writing stating the date, time and details of dispute and sent via email to support@bingo.com. Bingo.com takes member disputes very seriously and endeavours to take all reasonable steps to investigate and resolve all disputes.
